This mural is in a "game room" that has a 1950's theme. The owners wanted something to complement their chrome and vinyl decor,
so I created a "diner counter" with a 50's toaster, milkshake maker, lemon crush container, etc, along with signs advertising the diner's specialties.
The "today's Specials" sign is a dry-erase board glued to the mural surface, which allows the owners to change the menu to suit their guests (in humerous ways).
The tile below the counter is real (aluminum) but the marble trim is faux.
The mural is approximately 7 feet high by 8 feet wide.
